What is MMC?

MMC, short for Modulated Modularity Clustering, is a graph-based technique for automated clustering.

MMC attempts to solve a pre-defined numerical optimization across all possible clusterings within a family of graphs.

How do I use MMC?

Upload your data in a comma-delimited format by completing the following steps:

  1. Create a user account and login
    This is necessary so that a notification can be sent to you when your job is complete.
  2. Upload your data
    Formatting requirements are detailed on the Example page.
  3. Await notification
    The wait depends on demand and the size of your dataset.
  4. Retrieve results
